“My advice to freshmen is you have to get a handle on your mind” – Therese Haiss

Therese Haiss (@therese_haiss) is a former University of Arkansas cross country and track and field runner. In college, Therese earned multiple NCAA championship appearances in both cross country and track and field, including the 2016 NCAA championship in the women’s distance medley relay.

Currently Therese is working as a rabbit at professional track meets.  Most recently, Therese paced a group of women looking to set the world record in the mile at the Wannamaker Mile and she will be up next on the track at Iowa State University.
